Now it's on to the Spring Market in what seems to be a re-awaking for Home Buyers. They are realizing what an opportune time this is to buy the home of their dreams. We find that buyers are out and looking already before the Spring Market officially starts in a couple of weeks. At least historically that's when it has started for us in NJ. Wow!
