April 2011 is here already? Spring is here finally and we should be seeing some of these forsythia popping up soon. Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for April 2011 has arrived as well! The Northeast and, for that matter, most of the country has experienced an unusually tough winter this year. It has not stopped the real estate market from moving forward though. We have many buyers who are coming out and viewing homes, every week now that the weather has begun to clear up. We're finally seeing some warmer temps here on the East Coast.

Can it be? February 2011 is here already? Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for February 2011 has arrived as well! The Northeast and, for that matter, most of the country is experiencing a tough winter this year. It has not stopped the real estate market from moving forward though. We have many buyers who are coming out and viewing homes, every week even through the weather hasn't been great. As long as we can get into the houses, we are there to show them. Maybe it's cabin fever or the lower prices along with great mortgage rates that still prevail bringing them out.

Can it be? January 2011 is here already? Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for January 2011 has arrived as well! Christmas and the New Years festivities have come and gone. Now it's on to the Spring Market in what seems to be a re-awaking for Home Buyers. They are realizing what an opportune time this is to buy the home of their dreams. We find that buyers are out and looking already before the Spring Market officially starts in a couple of weeks. At least historically that's when it has started for us in NJ. Wow!
