Spring is here finally and we should be seeing some of these forsythia popping up soon.

The Northeast and, for that matter, most of the country has experienced an unusually tough winter this year.
It has not stopped the real estate market from moving forward though.
We have many buyers who are coming out and viewing homes, every week now that the weather has begun to clear up.
We’re finally seeing some warmer temps here on the East Coast.
It’s been a long road this winter with all the blizzards and ice storms we have endured.
Customers have been connecting with us on the internet while the bad weather had kept them indoors.
Now they are coming out in droves.
We believe buyers are starting to realize that prices as well as interest rates are not going to be staying where they are forever.
It’s an opportune time right now to buy the home of their dreams.
The Spring Market has begun here.
The Pascack Valley NJ areas are now ready for the upcoming Spring Market.
Soon these dafodils should be popping up.
Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low.
How long will this last?
No one knows of course, so First Time Home buyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
