Can it be? January 2011 is here already?
Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for January 2011 has arrived as well!
Christmas and the New Years festivities have come and gone. Now it’s on to the Spring Market in what seems to be a re-awaking for Home Buyers.
They are realizing what an opportune time this is to buy the home of their dreams. We find that buyers are out and looking already before the Spring Market officially starts in a couple of weeks.
At least historically that’s when it has started for us in NJ.
Wow!
Where has the time gone?
The Winter market has picked up here in New Jersey.
The snow fall over the Holidays only fevered the pitch of buyers out looking for homes.
The customers who did come out to look at homes seemed like they were more realistic in what they were looking at.
Thankfully….
The Pascack Valley NJ areas are now getting ready for the upcoming Spring Market even though the snow hasn’t melted yet.
Soon this will all be gone and melted as well.
Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low and have even gone lower since last month.
How long will this last?
No one knows of course, so First Time Home buyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
